Dr. Grant has been in practice for the past 3 years living in the Northern Virginia/D.C. area. He has experience working with a vast array of patient demographics ranging from professional sports teams, collegiate athletic programs, weekend warriors, geriatric patients looking to keep moving, as well as anyone in-between.

Specialties: Sports Medicine, Runners and Rotational Athletes

Dr. Garrett Grant (Dr. G) was born and raised in San Diego, attending Del Norte High School before getting his B.S. in Kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he ran Track as a mid-distance runner followed by his D.C. at Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose. He has a wide range of specialities working with runners getting them back onto the trail as soon as possible as well as working with rotational athletes on the baseball/softball diamond or golfers on the links.

What sets Dr. Grant apart is his desire to get people moving not only through manual therapy and adjustments but by creating evidence-based exercise plans to address the root cause of an injury whether it be post-surgical or an ache or pain that just won’t go away.

While Dr. Grant was living in Arlington, Virginia he coached 13-18U baseball in a local Babe Ruth program where his team qualified for the state tournament each year. It is safe to say his love for baseball has meshed well with treating patients in the clinic.

In his free time he loves running on the local trails near the beach or finding a local coffee shop to spend his weekend mornings.

He is looking forward to treating the community he grew up in!
